Ben Shaoul is the President of Magnum Real Estate Group, a Manhattan-based real estate management and development firm. Shaoul manages thousands of rental units in New York City and has built several luxury condominiums in recent years, including the A Building in the East Village and Yves in Chelsea.
Shaoul got his start as an intern for a real estate management company when he was 19 years. He quickly developed a flair for real estate and used family savings to buy, renovate, and lease up his first building on Mott Street downtown.
